Alcaro Hydraulic Services Pty Ltd T/A Alcaro Wear Linings are the Australasia Trade Partners of All Batho Lining Services (Pty_ Ltd and Authorised Distributor and Applicator of BULWARK™ Epoxy Resin Systems manufactured by All Batho Lining Services (Pty) Ltd in South Africa for the Mining and industrial market.
All the products are developed in-house and the BULWARK™ range spent 1 year in laboratory development, and have been enduring tests and modifications for the past 3 years.
NO ADULTERANTS
BULWARK™ epoxy resin systems do not contain adulterants like Urethane, BPA and Asbestos, making our products environmentally preferable over old technology epoxies.
Our epoxies also exhibit a low peak exothermic property which results in minimal high volatile component fuming.
This makes our products safer to apply than high temperature curing fuming products, also making them more ideal for underground and confined space applications.

BULWARK™ epoxy composites are inter-fused with high wear propriety materials uniquely combined to give superior wear and other properties.
They were designed to not only provide frictional wear resistance but also corrosive wear resistance, a preferable requirement in many applications.

Steel Guard is a two component epoxy composite paste inter-fused with a proprietary combination of tightly packed samot and glass-ceramic, which can be applied by trowel and hand.
It cures exothermic-ally over time with a low peak temperature to form a high frictional and corrosive wear durable barrier on steel surfaces, with a low friction coefficient.
Its unique basic resin system and wear resistant particle inter-fusion are covered by two patents.

It has a low peak exothermic and is slightly flexible, making cracking under curing, temperature changes or physical handling less than old technology epoxies. It cures exothermic-ally to form a high frictional and especially low corrosive wear durable barrier on steel surfaces, with a low friction coefficient.
The unique basic resin system and world first glass-ceramic inter-fusion, are covered by two patents.

Crusher Back is a two component epoxy composite pour able mixture designed for use in crushers and mills.It is especially suited for applications where a thick layer of backing is employed as its low peak exotherm, slight flexibility and high fibre content leads to a product which does not crack easily during and after curing, even where there is a wide temperature range of the equipment in use.
